A 15-year-old boy was removed from his home and is now in the custody of DFS due to allegations of inadequate supervision. Minor was living with his maternal grandmother under guardianship while his mother was in prison. After the grandmother passed away, the minor was being cared for by his uncle. However, his uncle is no longer able to care for him because he alleges the minor has become aggressive towards him. His mother is still in prison and his father refuses to take custody of the minor. At this time, this minor needs an attorney to represent his legal wishes and rights as to permanency, placement, visitation, and to ensure appropriate services are in place.
