A group of five siblings, ages 14-year old, 3-year old, 1-year old twins, and 5-month old infant were removed from their home and are now in the custody of CCFS due to allegations of parental substance abuse, neglect, and sexual risk. This family has an extensive history with the Agency with all parents having multiple children removed in the past. At this time, these siblings are in need of an attorney to represent their legal wishes and rights as to permanency, placement, visitation, and to ensure appropriate services are in place. The next hearing on November 20th, 2024 at 1:30 p.m.
