Saira HaseebullahA 10-year old triplet came into the custody of the CCFS along with his six siblings due to allegations of physical abuse, which left him scarred. The minor was initially living with his adoptive parents. Then, the adoptive mother appointed temporary guardianship to his biological father’s girlfriend—even though she knew they were inappropriate care providers.
