A group of three-siblings ages, 7-year old girl, 6-year old boy and 2-year old boy came into DFS custody due to ongoing domestic violence between the parents. The family has a long history of domestic violence involving mother and the two fathers of her children. The mother has admitted to participating in the domestic violence and has been assessed as lacking the protective capacity to keep herself and the children out of violent situations at home. At this time, these children are in need of an attorney to represent their wishes and legal rights as to permanency, placement, visitation and to ensure appropriate services are in place.
