Three siblings, 12-year old boy, 8-year old girl  and 3-year old girl came into the custody of DFS due to inadequate supervision because the parents were being arrested after a search warrant was conducted and methamphetamines and weapons were found. The parents right were terminated in November 2022. However, mother appealed the decision to terminate her parental rights. All the other children have different opinions and wants on the matter.  There are four siblings on this case who have a separate attorney. At this time, these sibling are in need of an attorney to represent their legal wishes and rights as to permanency, placement, visitation and to ensure appropriate services are in place.  Next Hearing(s): Review Hearing on 7/31/2024 at 2:00 pm and Permanency Planning Hearing on 1/29/2025 at 2:00 pm in Courtroom 13.
