A 1-year old infant girl was removed from her home and came into the custody of DFS after allegations of neglect, threat of harm, parental mental health and domestic violence were reported to the Department. At this time, this infant girl is in need of an attorney to represent her legal wishes and rights as to permanency, placement, visitation, and to ensure appropriate services are in place. Next Hearing(s): Evidentiary Hearing on 7/17/2024 at 10:30 am; Review Hearing on 9/19/2024 at 3:30 pm and Permanency Planning Hearing on 4/22/2025 at 1:30 pm in Courtroom 12.
