A 9-year old boy came into the custody of Family Services due to parental drug use, parental failure to protect from domestic violence, improper supervision and lack of resources. At this time, this minor boy is in need of an attorney to represent his legal wishes and rights as to permanency, placement, visitation, and to ensure appropriate services are in place. Next Hearing(s): Review Hearing on 7/24/2024 at 2:00 pm and Permanency Placement Hearing on 1/22/2025 at 2:00 pm in Courtroom 13.
