A group of four siblings, ages 7-year old, 5-year old, 4-year old and 1-year old were removed from their home and came into the custody of DFS along with their three older siblings, who have a separate case. The minor children were removed due to disclosures of ongoing domestic violence to school personnel by one of the minors. The minor reported that they have suffered extensive corporal punishment by their father. The family has extensive history with CPS and other ongoing cases. At this time, these young children are in need of an attorney to represent their legal wishes and needs as to permanency, placement, visitation, and to ensure appropriate services are in place.
