A group of siblings ages, 4-year old girl, 3-year old girl, and infant baby boy were removed from their home along with their two older brothers, who have a separate cases. The Department removed the children after allegations for lack of protective capacity and improper supervision by their mother. The mother informed the Department about potential risk of sexual abuse to the oldest boys by their grandfather. Despite, the mother continued to allow their grandfather to have access to all the minor children, including to live in the same home. At this time, these young children are in need of an attorney to represent their wishes and legal rights as to permanency, placement, visitation, and to ensure appropriate services are in place.
