A group sibling of three siblings, ages, 12-year old girl, 2-year old boy and 1-year girl old were removed from their home along with their two older siblings, who have separate cases. The minors are now in the custody of DFS due to allegations of physical abuse, failure to protect and threat of harm. The one-year old infant sustained several unexplained fracture of various ages. After medical review, it was indicated that infant’s injuries are non-accidental in nature and would not exist without negligence or a deliberate act. The minor children have also been exposed to harm because of the parent’s domestic violence history. At this time, these minor children are in need of an attorney to represent their wishes and legal rights as to permanency, placement, visitation, and to ensure appropriate services are in place.
