This CLE course provides guidance on how to help military family members with the Parole in Place process. The training covers how to determine eligibility, how to request an individual’s immigration history, and the requirements to process with USCIS. Giovanni Alonso from Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada's Immigration Advocacy Project also discusses how to proceed after the Parole in Place has been granted.
