1.0 General CLE credit available to attorneys who take a new pro bono family law case or volunteer for 2 future Family Law Ask-A-Lawyer sessions
This training provides substantive knowledge of the most common family law issues that participants in the Family Law Ask-A-Lawyer events have. After an overview of the law, the remaining time includes a review of hypotheticals with a panel of experienced Family Law Ask-A-Lawyer volunteers to practice providing advice on different scenarios that may come up during an Ask-A-Lawyer.
