Client’s sister was murdered and left behind her three children. Children’s father is allegedly responsible for her death and fled to Mexico. There was no will or trust. Client and her husband paid off the mortgage of the sister’s home. Client states that there is a bank account with funds. Client would like assistance with becoming administrators of the estate so they can disburse funds to the children.
