Client came in looking for assistance with divorce with children. The client and opposing party (OP) married on 10/25/2014 and are still living together. The client is fine with joint custody. There is community property and community debt. The community debt is leading to the parties trying to file for chapter 13 bankruptcy, but the client would like to file the bankruptcy after the divorce.
